Homemade healthy Breakfast.

IMG_7855Good morning everybody and a happy healthy sunday. I like to give all of you my recepy for oatmeal buns. So easy and its so fantastic, it will keep your tummy smilie 🙂 To people with a big family this is perfect, because its so cheep to make. This will only 25 minutes. The recipe i made is for 4 buns.

  1. 4 eggs egg whites
  2. 4 dl. oatmeal
  3. 4 teaspoons. quark ( Kesam)
  4. 2 teaspoons baking soda
  5. 1 teaspoon salt

Mix all of this and then let it rest for about 10 minutes.  Pre heat your oven to 200 °C. Put the buns in the oven for 15 minutes until they have a golden crust, and then ENJOY!
